Available space range cannot be greater than 100,000 sq. ft.

No login is required to search for available space and there are no restrictions on the number of results. Subscribers should login to access additional search results filters for Lease Type, Class, Possession Date and the dynamic Refine Search tool.

Find Available Space

Select the type of space you are searching for: Office, Industrial, or Retail.
If desired, you can select a specific type of property you would like to include in your search for space. By default the search will include all checked property types.
Enter the first few letters of the Market, Leasing District, or City/Municipality in which you are searching for space into the Location field. As you type, a list of possible matches will appear as a drop down list. You may select one of these options at any time or you can continue typing to reduce the number of options and then select from the list. If no options appear, you may have mistyped your desired location or we have no available listings in that location.
If desired, enter the name of a specific Property Management Company to find available spaces in buildings managed by that company for the location selected.
If desired, enter a minimum and a maximum range based on the size of the space required. Free users are restricted to a range of 100,000 sq. ft. Subscriber users who are logged in have no restriction on range.
Optional Filters: Subscribers who are logged in can filter by Lease Type (Direct, Sublet); Office Class or Floor Plate (Office properties only); Clear Height (Industrial properties only), Under Construction, Pre-Leasing and Green buildings, and; Possession Date by specific month and year, or a range of dates. By default the search will include all dates.
Click Find Space to generate a Property Search Summary of the buildings which match your search criteria.

Select the Province you would like to use as a starting point. You will be able to refine your search for the relevant markets and the leasing districts within those markets.
Select one of the reporting options using the radio button next to the report name. Some reports are currently in development.
Click on the Analyze button to generate a Current Quarter Summary report, which includes access to historical reporting options and dynamic charts, as well as direct links to the detailed list of buildings behind each of the totals on the report.

Update Your Buildings & Available Space

Update Your Building and Available Space Details

There are no charges to add, edit or update buildings and no login is required to suggest a change or correction for any building or available space listing in our system. If you would like to advise us of a change to any building, please contact our data administration team by email.

If you are logged in and are an authorized contact on a building or available space listing, follow the link below to review and update your listings. If you have not logged in please use the form below to login and then follow the link. If no link appears after logging in and you have listings in the system, please contact our support team by email.

Authorized contacts who are logged in can also access a link to their building and available space listings by following the Edit/Update Listings link which appears on the My Reports page.

You must login to make changes and submit them. All updates submitted will be reviewed by our research staff before being posted to the live database, and this process normally takes less than 24 hours.

If you or your company has buildings or available space listings in our system and you are unable to access them, please contact our support team by email.

New buildings cannot be added directly and all information submitted will require verification by our administration staff before being posted live to the site.

Search by street name or building name to determine if the building already exists in our database. Please keep your search criteria as short as possible as we may not have the address in the exact format you enter.
If you do not find the Building you wish to add to our system, please follow the Add a New Building link from the results page. There will be on-screen instructions and tool tips along the way to help you complete your update.
