Choose your level of access based on the reporting capabilities that suit your needs and objectives. You can switch between access levels from one quarter to the next based on your current requirements.

Free registration gives you access to a number of resources: you can search our office space directory; post your own property or available space listings; submit lease transactions and keep apprised of the latest developments in the industry through our regular Research Report updates. If you are interested in additional access, you can choose to upgrade your account to obtain either limited or full access to the powerful tools used by most all industry professionals.

All Altus InSite users have complete access to search for details on buildings and available space listings in our database of 8,750 office and 88,000 industrial properties. We have comprehensive building and available space data in 13 major and secondary markets across Canada and partial information in more than 30 small markets. All of the information in our database has been fully verified at source and we have the most complete and up-to-date inventory of properties in Canada.

Our inventory and available space search tools are available free of charge, and you can choose to subscribe to our Limited or Full Access level to obtain additional details on current available spaces and to access our powerful market perspective analysis and reporting tools used by most industry professionals.

Free Access Capabilities

  • No charges to add your property or available space listings, and you can manage your properties or listings using our simple Edit Portfolio tools.
  • Search for buildings and available spaces from complete inventories in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Fredericton, Moncton, Halifax, Charlottetown and St. John's and from partial inventories elsewhere in Canada
  • Access building and available space details as well as complete leasing contact information for each available space.
  • Receive recognition through submitting details for your recently completed lease transactions
  • Access our Resource Centre for news, rent and space calculators and glossary of terms

Limited Access Capabilities

  • No restrictions on the number of search results with full access to asking rates, additional rent and possession dates for all available spaces.
  • Access to our powerful Stacked Availability report option to visually compare building details and available spaces in up to 8 properties.
  • Create personalized Available Space Surveys and save them for future use or editing using one of eight report templates available in the My Reports area
  • Access to quarterly Market Overviews including inventory statistics and availability rates for
  • Building specific listing of all suites leased in that building in the past 6 months, including number of days on market and when the suites were leased.

Full Access Reporting Capabilities

  • Current and historical Market Perspective reports for Peer Group Comparisons, Changes in Occupied Area, Vacant and Available Space and Occupancy Costs for any combination of Market, District, Node, Building Class and access historical trends with dynamic graphing down to the building level
