Current and historical data on all 5,200 existing office buildings in 6 major markets and 7 tier two markets across Canada along with all of the buildings which are currently Under Construction or in Pre-Leasing Mode. Powerful search and reporting tools allow users to access data and dynamic graphs related to Tenant Options, Available & Vacant Space, Occupancy Costs, Leasing Transactions, Changes in Occupied Area and more.

Retail Market

Current details on over 3,600 retail properties segmented into one of 10 Retail Formats, with details on approximately 59,000 stores sorted by 31 Categories, 6 Groups and 4 Types. Multiple search and reporting tools allow users to access data and dynamic graphs (coming soon) related to inventory and breakdowns by Format, Categories, Groups and Types, as well as data and visuals related to Market Share and Tenant Mix Analysis. Street retail is not covered.

Current details on over 1.5 billion sf of industrial properties across all of Ontario, sorted by Industrial Type and Building Use. Multiple reporting tools allow users to access data related to inventory, availability and breakdowns by Type and Use, and Manager Company. Users can also access Manager and Leasing Contact data at the building level. Coverage of Alberta and BC is next.

Investment Trends Survey

Altus InSite, with assistance from key personnel at Altus Group undertake a survey of the Canadian real estate industry to determine the informed consensus opinion on investment performance trends and valuation parameters from Canada's key investors, lenders and other opinion leaders. The results of this quarterly survey are presented as a series of data reports and colour charts and address Office, Retail, Industrial and Multiple Unit Residential asset classes for 6 major markets and 7 tier two markets across Canada.
