If you are experiencing issues with your access or our reporting options, many of the most common support questions we get are listed below along with the answer or the options available to you.

Lost Your Userid or Password?

If you have lost your userid or password, please use the Password Retrieval tool on our login page and our automated system will send your login details to you via email.

If your email is not found in our system, you can Register For Free Guest Access, which will allow you to personalize your report outputs and sign up for our regular email updates announcing new features and quarterly market statistics.

Having Trouble Logging In?

You must be registered as a Guest or a Subscriber to login. Our login system uses a cookie to authenticate your login details. Please ensure that you have cookies enabled in your internet browser. Also ensure that our site is included in your list of trusted sites.

Having Problems Printing?

We have optimized our reports to print properly on a standard 8.5 x11 page using the most recent versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox. For some reports you may need to adjust your margins in Page or Print Setup. You can use your browser settings to remove the text that may automatically appear in headers and footers. For Internet Explorer and Firefox users margins, headers, and footers settings will be in the Tools or Page Setup menu. If you do not have access to a PDF printer on your system, you can download one of many free or very inexpensive PDF writers for Windows or Macintosh computers. Already Registered?

If you have already registered for access and have confirmed your login details and continue to have problems logging in, contact our support team by email and someone will respond within 2 hours.

Already a Subscriber?

If you have registered for access and your company is currently a subscriber, please contact us by email to upgrade your account so you can access the additional search or reporting tools your subscription entitles you to.

Looking for Additional Access?

Access to our search tools is available free of charge without the need to register. If you would like information on obtaining access to our powerful reporting tools, you can find it here or you can contact us by email. Someone will contact to you to arrange for a demonstration session to learn more about your objectives and provide information on pricing.

Need to Update Your Buildings or Available Spaces?

If you are an approved contact for one or more buildings or spaces in our system, you can review and update your listings using our online update system. You can update any of your buildings or available spaces either As You Navigate the search results, or by following the link to the Update tab where you can access your entire portfolio by Leasing or Manager Company and market. You can also access any available space listings by entering your name and/or email address, and access our Add a Building form.

Can't Find the Report You are Looking For?

All of our existing aggregate reporting options have been retained. However some of the them have been expanded, and many new reports have and will continue to be added. Please contact us by email and someone will contact you to arrange for a personal or group orientation and training session at a convenient time for you or your team.

Need to Update Your Account Information?

You can update your user information by clicking on "Edit Profile" next to your name in the left hand corner of the page after you have logged in.
